Jianfei Zhang
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Jianfei Zhang founded Beijing Feitian in 1998 and has been its chief executive officer for over twenty years. He was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pheton Holdings on March 25, 2023. Mr. Zhang has 20 years of experience in computer software and medical device industry and a total working experience of over 28 years. Since the inception of Beijing Feitian, Mr. Zhang has played a crucial role in facilitating the Beijing Feitian’s technological and product advancements by closely collaborating with external partners and leveraging their expertise.
Prior to founding Beijing Feitian, Mr. Zhang served as the vice general manager of Shanxi Chenguang Group from 1994 to 1998, where he was responsible for sales and business operations, and other daily operational affairs.
Mr. Zhang received his bachelor’s degree from Heilongjiang University in telecommunications engineering.
Zhixin Li
Chief Financial Officer
Zhixin Li has served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since March 2023. She has over 17 years of experience in finance and accounting, including pre-IPO advisory, audits, financial management, and consulting for finance, tax, and legal advice.
Before joining the Company and Beijing Feitian, Ms. Li held various positions in finance and accounting. She started as an auditor at BDO China Shu Lun Pan Certified Public Accountants LLP from June 2006 to March 2010, specializing in IPO audits and financial reporting conversions. She then served as Finance Director at Beijing Zhongneng Huanke Technology Development Co. until July 2011. As CFO of Beijing Fenxiang Zaixian Network Technology Co. from July 2011 to May 2012, she led finance and enhanced internal controls. From May 2012 to September 2015, she was a Consulting Director at Beijing Jingruitong Investment Consulting Co., offering financial, tax, and legal advice. She worked at China Fortune Securities, participating in due diligence for third board listings as a CPA until March 2017, and continued as a Financial Advisor until October 2017. From March 2019 to March 2020, she served as an Investment Director at Zhongguancun Qingshan Lvshui Fund Management Co., focusing on due diligence and post-investment management. Following this, she was an Investment Director at Xinjiang Zhongtai (Group) Co. from March 2020 to June 2021, handling company selection and due diligence for proposed listings. From July 2021 to March 2023, she was the General Manager at Juesheng (Beijing) Enterprise Management Consulting Co., overseeing company formation and providing pre-IPO consulting services.
Ms. Li received her bachelor’s degrees in English from Beijing International Studies University and in accounting from Beijing Technology and Business University. Ms. Li is a Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountant (CICPA).
Pengfei Zhang
Director
Pengfei Zhang has served as the Director of the Company and Beijing Feitian since March 2023. From 1996 to 1999, he served as the General Manager of the Business Department at Shanxi Chenguang Group Company Kunming, where he was responsible for sales and business operations, as well as handling daily affairs of the company. In 2007, Mr. Zhang joined Beijing Zhongshi Cuican Culture Development Co., Ltd as Vice General Manager, where he continued to oversee sales and business operations while also managing daily affairs of the company until March 2023.
